When you enroll as a student or subscriber (“learner”) on our site or related courses, as part of the enrolling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address.

Email marketing: We will not market you anything through your email. We may use your email to inform you about changes to the course or help with anything you may have with the course.

Our course and site is hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to sell our product/services to you.

Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third party payment processor such as Stripe or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

At any time and for any reason, you may request us to delete your information if any problems arise and without discrimination. However, a valid email address is required to log into and access your course and associated material. If you do ask us to remove your information, we will do so and your access will be terminated due to a need for login access on your part.

10. General Data Protection Regulation

The courses owned and operated by The Odyssey Company LLC is marketed and for an audience in the United States. Since our courses focus on U.S.-based content, we do not serve any other markets.

If someone from a foreign country shares or affiliates with this course and program, we hold no responsibility for their actions of their students who may purchase and access the courses on this platform.

We do ensure all personal information from every country is safeguarded through Thinkific's secure platform. We will never sell your personal information to anyone and we will not market your information to anyone.

You may request to have some or all your personal information deleted and we will honor that request at any time for any reason. However, a valid email address is needed to access the course and its associated materials. If you do request your email to be erased from our systems, you will no longer have access to the course and its associated materials.
